Shipping & Returns

CURRENT SHIPPING SPEED: 1-2 Weeks. 

Pre-orders take 4-6 weeks. Apparel shipped separately 1-3 weeks.

SHIPPING:

We ship everything in house, with our small team. During major restock events, shipments tend to take longer. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping cannot be combined. Shipping timelines are 1-3 weeks on average, occasionally pushing out to 4-6 weeks when busy and or unforeseen circumstances arise. We ship only pre-made products. Shipments made through USPS unless otherwise stated (ex: international orders, and bulk orders). Shipping is not subject to refund. Shipping deals do NOT extend to international orders.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

If product is damaged due to manufacturing error please reach out to Hi@Bewilderment.com within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Orders cannot be refunded for any reason after 30 days. If a refund is possible due to a defect, we may require the items shipped back within 7 days before a refund can be issued. Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, flaws and variations are expected. Shipping is not subject to refund. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or stolen parcels (please contact your shipping provider). Refunds are not guaranteed for any reason. All sales final. We do not accept exchanges at this time.
